My recent stay at chalets resort was nothing short of excellent. The staff's hospitality exceeded my expectations, and they made every effort to ensure my comfort. Average Room.. There is nothing premium or Luxury. I have booked five rooms for families and all we faces Hot water issue in all the rooms. Pool was good. We enjoyed a lot. The ambience is nice.

The rooms are amazing but bit small but that's how it's designed. Beautiful location and service. It's a place for peaceful holiday and good food Their food is prepared on request and fresh and very tasty.

We stayed for a night and the place is beautiful, really well maintained and clean. If you are a nature lover you will surely love the place. The staff are courteous and helpful, they take care of the basic needs of the guest. The food quantity and quality is really good. We enjoyed the barbecue. Had a very pleasant stay. Thank you. Will surely recommend to family and friends.

Location and resort interiors are beautiful. I am increasing rating because of 2 people: Srinath and Binitha. Both were very kind and knows hospitality. What it lacks is professionalism. They will over book and then make your stay horrible. Ground staff were extremely helpful. But they were outnumbered and hence service was very poor. It’s a good place for smaller groups. We went for group stays which are quite small without proper ventilation. Food taste is average. But I cannot expect more in Jungle areas. Avoid if looking for a group stay for more than 20. Prefer only cottages !

I had an amazing experience at this resort! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. The resort's amenities, like the pool, made it a truly relaxing getaway. I can't wait to come back!
